Industry analysts have stated that consumer promotions incorporating music and other content downloads, such as the past offer from Pepsi and iTunes, will become increasingly popular tools for branding and sales generation. Samples of all three compilations allowed customers to preview each compilation before downloading. MGI also offers complete tracking and reporting capabilities, so Chandon can continuously gauge the effectiveness of its promotion.

The face of the Chandon Sparkling Circle recruitment and eCRM campaign was designed by 141 Worldwide, and included an interactive email and survey distributed to all Chandon Sparkling Circle members and recruits. The survey provided useful insight into customer needs and preferences. A link from the promotion to the Chandon.com home page also provided an opportunity for customers to obtain more information on serving suggestions, food pairings, gift ideas, and more.
