Jakob Schwerdt -Chief Executive Officer

Schwerdt founded AllCharge, an online platform that enables the monetization of digital content, growing the company from concept to a globally established solution provider for content commerce. He built AllCharge’s research and development facilities in Tel Aviv and marketing and sales headquarters in New York; directed all strategy, product definition, marketing, and business development functions; and raised Series A and B rounds totaling $6 million. The AllCharge service was launched in 2001 and Schwerdt initiated contacts with global brand name entities including Universal, Vivendi, Dreamworks, Disney and Major League Baseball; he successfully implemented public relations campaigns to build awareness, increase lead flow, and drive sales. AllCharge was recently merged with an IBM spin-off and Schwerdt remains a minority shareholder in the entity. Shwerdt held several board positions at international software companies, representing his own and foreign investors’ interests.

Schwerdt also served as the founder and senior vice president of sales and marketing of Varetis AG, Germany, an international telecom software and services company that quickly exceeded $35 million in sales with over 200 employees in five global subsidiaries. Schwerdt grew the company in new markets and market segments including integrated system solutions, software sales, and operator services provision.
   
Steve Rimland - Managing Director of Business Development

Steve Rimland has been involved in the entertainment industry for twenty years and has extensive experience in production, corporate operations and business development. As head of New Media for Loud Records, he produced the first hip-hop Enhanced CD and developed the concept of using Enhanced CDs to market Internet Service Providers such as America Online. Rimland also served as vice president of New Media for Interscope Records where he is credited with some of the largest artist driven promotions on the Internet. His Web concepts and design earned Interscope its nomination as web site of the year by Yahoo. He is currently an advisor to the Convex Group which provides (through LidRock) digital strategy solutions to recording artists and entertainment companies. Rimland is an accomplished musician, songwriter, arranger and producer who has been signed to RCA Records and authored several hit songs. He was also a programmer and staff member at Unique Recording, an elite major New York recording facility where he was one of the first to utilize digital sampling technologies.
   
Richard Huth – SVP European Operations

Richard Huth has over 10 years of experience in Business Development and Venture Management. Since 1998 he is Managing Partner of Epidos Consulting AG. He successfully participated in various projects ranging from Business Development and Strategic Planning to Private Placements and Merger & Acquisitions within Europe, USA and Middle East.

Prior to joining Epidos Consulting Richard Huth served as director "Venture Capital Investments" and "Consulting Services" at RIVEST AG, a Swiss based privately held asset management company.
Richard Huth has a MA in Economics from the University of Basel (lic. rer. pol.) and a CEFA. He was a member of the "Methodenkommission Neue Märkte"" of the DVFA (Germany) and a member of the "Futur-Kommission" of the BMBF (Federal Department of Education and Research - Germany).
He is a board member of Sympavit Ltd. UK and Infinigate Holding AG Switzerland.
